Bruce D. Nimensky, Esq., is a Partner at Gray Law Group, LLC. He has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate ownership and transactions as well as commercial litigation.

Bruce previously served as an executive vice president, corporate general counsel and associate general counsel for multiple real estate owners and developers, responsible for all legal matters related to their respective real estate holdings. (These included a multi-state, 16 million-square-foot real estate portfolio; a multi-state, 7 million-square-foot real estate portfolio; and an extensive variety of residential, industrial and office portfolio). His responsibilities included negotiating and drafting leases and contracts for the sale and acquisition of undeveloped property, redevelopment projects and developed property consisting of office, warehouse and distribution; related brokerage agreements, including related financing; and all land use and development-related matters through all phases of the process, including state and municipal entitlements, approvals and construction contracts and environmental due diligence, investigations and remediation.

In private practice, Bruce has leveraged his vast in-house legal experience, knowledge and practical savvy of law and real estate to produce outstanding results and cost-effective representation for his wide array of commercial real estate clients – including retail and commercial tenants and landlords, as well as real estate investors, lenders and developers. He also represented a prominent private equity firm in developing its due diligence protocols for the purchase of real estate throughout the United States and a well-regarded hedge fund in negotiating the lease for the firm’s U.S. headquarters.

Bruce’s extensive experience as a litigator before trial and appellate courts affords him keen insight when negotiating commercial transactions on behalf of his clients.

Bruce is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Boston University School of Law.
